How can I see if my Account is still Active?

Check your Account in the HoopMetrics App

Once your free trial/subscription has expired, you will not be able to access many of the features HoopMetrics has to offer.

To check on the status of your subscription, go to the profile settings in the HoopMetrics app. Under Manage Subscription, you will be able to which subscription plan you are currently subscribed to.

Check your Account HoopMetrics.com

You are able to see the current status, length, and tier of your subscription at www.HoopMetrics.com/login.

**Please, make sure you are signing in with the same email you used to purchase a subscription in order to view your current plan.**
