Make sure your team is set to "Public" (Learn how here)

Go to the New Game screen and tap on the "Start New Game" button at the bottom of your team page.

Set the Starting Lineups

You'll now see the option to "Live Stream Game". Ensure this is turned on! Your game will now be publicly viewable to fans who search for your team with Fan Mode. (Learn how fans can follow your team)
