How it's calculated?
+/- = (own team points scored while a player is in the game) - (opponent team points scored while a player is in the game)

What does it mean?
+/- attempts to estimate a basketball player's contribution to the team when they're playing in the game. In general, a 0 +/- is considered to be average.
