Follow these steps if you believe you've already purchased a HoopMetrics Subscription, but your account is not displaying it. 

  1. Navigate to the New Game Screen
  2. Tap the "Help" button in the top right corner
  3. Select the option "My account isn't on a trial"
  4. Select the option "Refresh Subscription"
  5. If this does not work, please contact us at support@sixthman.co for assistance or tap help again and tap "Something else" to start a live chat!
